The brief

Have you heard of many companies that have problems hiring 4,500 employees every year? If that’s the case, then you know they have needs on a par with their ambitions, regarding both appeal and organisation. Our mission was tasked to us by SNCF, a key player in long-lasting mobility, when it asked us the following question: “How can a robust digital recruitment solution be introduced from a functional AND technical standpoint?”

Our recommendation

The best way to find out what applicants expect is to start by putting yourself in their place.
In a context of shortfalls and hyper-volatility, it seemed to us that the most conclusive approach was the simplest: to focus on good contact points, the right moment, with clear and honest messages.
