SNCF doesn’t only hire train drivers.

Our mission was tasked to us by SNCF, a key player in long-lasting mobility, when it asked us the following question: “How can a robust digital recruitment solution be introduced from a functional AND technical standpoint?”

In a context of shortfalls and hyper-volatility, it seemed to us that the most conclusive approach was the simplest: to focus on good contact points, the right moment, with clear and honest messages.
Lonsdale thus created, along with our partner Talentsoft, a fluid and innovative platform inspired by e-commerce practices.
