We’re pleased to announce the promotion of Anjali Vasudevan to Strategy Director at our Singapore hub.

Since joining in 2022, Anjali has played a decisive role in the growth of Lonsdale Asia. Her promotion reflects our commitment to developing talent from within. She will now lead strategy for the Singapore hub, partnering with our teams to support clients across APAC, shape meaningful brand journeys, and elevate our creative excellence.

Anjali has been instrumental in flagship projects for both local and international brands — including Ensure, Sengur beer in Mongolia, and Vaseline Transition body lotion, which received global recognition — bringing strategic depth and cultural relevance to the work.

With over two decades of experience in advertising and design, Anjali began her career in India before relocating to Singapore in 2012. She has worked with renowned agencies such as McCann, Design Bridge, Jones Knowles Ritchie, PI Global, and Bulletproof.

In Singapore, she joins our leadership team alongside Nadia Romanis (Managing Director), Muriel Schildknecht(Executive Creative Director), Christine Natalia and Katrina Crescenzo (Associate Creative Directors), and Tara Howard (Business Development Director).

As Nadia Romanis, Managing Director, Lonsdale Asia, said, “Anjali’s promotion reflects not only her exceptional talent and the impact she’s had on our clients’ business, but also our ambition to build a diverse, dynamic leadership team in Singapore and across our international network. Her strategic vision, cultural fluency, and ability to forge authentic connections between brands and consumers will be invaluable as we continue to grow into new markets, in partnership with our Paris and New York hubs.

Anjali Vasudevan added: “For me, strategy unlocks the magic in the space between a brand and its audience — through empathy, imagination, and a clear point of view. In my new role at Lonsdale, I’m excited to work with the team to help more local and global brands build meaningful connections with their consumers.”
