Repositioning a Natural Health Expert in a Competitive Pharmacy Market
A comprehensive brand transformation, from design thinking to in-store activation.
In a rapidly evolving supplements market, Santé Verte — a long-standing brand within the Natural Santé group — was losing visibility in the face of emerging DNVB players and shifting consumer behaviors. Its brand structure lacked clarity, with a subdued parent brand and fragmented sub-brands that failed to speak with one voice.
In partnership with Lonsdale, Santé Verte undertook a full strategic and creative overhaul to reclaim its position as a category leader — a brand that stands for clarity, accessibility, and natural expertise, designed to resonate with health-conscious consumers and pharmacists seeking scientific credibility.

Through a collaborative design thinking approach, supported by workshops, user testing and interviews with pharmacists, we redefined a more cohesive and intuitive brand architecture, reasserted the parent brand’s central role, and established a robust branding system that brings together coherence and individual sub-brand personality.
The visual identity was redesigned from the ground up: a more assertive logotype, an iconic leaf symbol expressing natural well-being, and a graphic system that makes the product benefits clear, usage simple, and shelf navigation effortless — whether at the pharmacy or at home. Each sub-brand was rearticulated to feel both distinctive and aligned within the new visual framework.

This identity has been rolled out in waves across the portfolio, including the creation of a new product line — “Ingrédients Experts” — focused on single-ingredient hero formulations, presented outside the traditional sub-brand model. The entire initiative is underpinned by strong eco-conscious commitments, with sustainably sourced materials, low-impact inks, and Eco Label signage embedded into the customer experience.
With this bold repositioning, Santé Verte reaffirms its mission: to make natural, expert health solutions more legible, desirable, and accessible for everyday life.
