Each year, the HR department of McDonald’s France processes nearly 4,000 applications for positions at headquarters. Given the diversity of profiles, the challenge was clear: streamline the candidate experience, enhance the employer brand, and inspire candidates to join the McDonald’s journey.
Lonsdale redesigned the career site to make it more user-friendly, modern, and efficient. The new application process is simplified to reduce friction and prevent the loss of promising candidates.
We created a “native” digital platform tailored for new usage patterns, featuring a playful, dynamic, and responsive interface. An immersive header immediately introduces visitors to the McDonald’s world, boosting its appeal and connection with candidates.
At its core, the site emphasizes the group’s belief that diversity in backgrounds, ages, and talents enriches the company.
A unifying, engaging site that stays true to the McDonald’s spirit, designed for recruitment that matches its ambitions.
