In line with its role as a “disruptor” in the optical market and to respond to the rapidly evolving market trends, Optique E.Leclerc takes on a new “mission”: to make optics radically simple and accessible, turning the shopping experience into a moment of pleasure. The brand entrusted Lonsdale AKDV with creating its new architectural concept, where the customer experience and digital integration open up optics to simplicity and enjoyment.
Breaking away from the traditional optical market codes, the agency developed a bold concept where digital tools are at the heart of the customer experience: digital headsets, smart mirrors, games and movies for children, and a customer journey guided by dynamic displays. The impactful signage structures new spaces, including:

A solar zone to encourage impulse purchases

A “bubble” for children, highlighting the brand’s unique expertise, featuring the new “Léo & Mirette” logo for clear attribution

A space for specialty eyewear and accessories

A contact lens area near the workshop

An examination room that is visible, showcasing the brand’s expertise
In the purchasing process, the concept emphasizes a clear segmentation of the newly structured offering by shape and price, promoting the brand’s own line, Dix sur Dix.
