A partner of La Maison du Chocolat for nearly 10 years, Lonsdale has supported the brand in evolving its identity, boutique concept, and packaging, with one constant goal: to enhance its visibility and showcase its expertise.
In 2013, the agency developed a new architectural concept and a global set of standards, first implemented in New York on Madison Avenue. In 2017, the brand entrusted Lonsdale with adapting this concept to compact formats of approximately 30 m², in line with the “Créateur de Parenthèses Enchantées” platform.
The customer experience becomes an invitation to emotion and indulgence, with rituals like the Gift Factory, Emotion of the Day, and tablet tastings. The customer journey is optimized with dedicated areas (checkout, self-service, and product central).
This new concept debuted at the Carrousel du Louvre in August 2019, followed by a location in the vibrant Rue de Bretagne neighborhood in November 2019, reaffirming the brand’s accessible elegance and sensory magic.
