LUX Mood Fragrance: Memories in a Bottle
Packaging Design
For its first premium body wash crafted for the digital-first Chinese market, we helped LUX create a bold, fragrance-led innovation designed for social media and co-created with influencers. Targeting 18–30-year-old women in Tier 1 cities, the design needed to feel instantly desirable in fast-paced online spaces like Douyin. Drawing on 14 years of brand guardianship, we created three elegant variants: Sun-Kissed Adventure, Born to Be the Light, and Crushing & Blushing, each evoking a distinct scent-triggered memory to elevate mood and spark emotional connection.
Inspired by luxury perfume, the glass-like bottle and polaroid-style hangtag deliver a premium, personal aesthetic built for social sharing. Working closely with the R&D team and incorporating influencers feedback, we fine-tuned the final look to ensure cultural and consumer relevance. While this launch marks a bold visual departure, it stays true to LUX’s DNA, anchored in fine fragrance, modern femininity, and indulgent self-expression.
