URW (Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield), a global leader in urban regeneration and experiential retail, set out to define and express a compelling Employee Value Proposition (EVP) aligned with its ambition to “Reinvent being together.”
In a highly competitive talent market, URW aimed to attract dynamic, international profiles while instilling pride and belonging among current employees.
Lonsdale created a powerful concept:
WE MAKE THINGS HAPPEN —
a statement that captures creativity, ambition, and collective impact, anchored in real, visible change.
The employer brand signature, “Create more. Achieve more. Dare more.”, reflects URW’s mindset and inspires both future and current employees.
The campaign features real employees as changemakers who help create vibrant spaces and unlock opportunities — for others and for themselves.
Two activation tracks bring the concept to life:
– Internal: playbook, in-office displays, internal magazine, photocall
– External: revamped careers page, social media content, employer brand film, and behind-the-scenes footage
