As a global leader in sustainable construction, Saint-Gobain turned to Lonsdale to rethink how the brand could better retain, engage, and attract talent by showcasing the diversity of career paths within the Group.
Our answer? A bold employer brand campaign built around a clear message:
“Your next move could be within.”
The creative concept uses the metaphor of a window of opportunities, symbolizing the many professional horizons open to Saint-Gobain employees—across countries, roles, and skillsets. The campaign links directly to the Group’s internal mobility platform, making opportunities more visible and accessible.
To spark engagement among younger talent, especially at job fairs, Lonsdale created a “Next Move Quiz”, inspired by TikTok filter mechanics. Quick, playful, and intuitive, the quiz lets candidates swipe left or right on job cards that match their preferences.
The tone is fun and inclusive, but the goal is clear: make employees and candidates realize that the next step in their career doesn’t have to be outside—it might just be across the hall.
