Since 2017, Lonsdale has supported Groupe VYV—France’s leading social protection group—in shaping its identity and brand architecture. Formed by uniting over 100 highly specialized mutuals, VYV set out to transform healthcare and social protection with a bold, mutualist vision.
The creation of VYV, a strong, unified, and vibrant brand, embodies a singular ambition: to make better living a reality for all. Lonsdale developed a structured brand architecture, strategic positioning tools, and branding frameworks implemented in sub-brands such as Yvon and Arcade VYV.
To date, the partnership has delivered over 18 brands, 100 projects, 50 top managers trained, and 20 strategic workshops—successfully aligning 12 executive leaders around a shared vision.
This strategic transformation continues today, with Lonsdale supporting the launch of new offers—from student platforms to retirement savings, prevention programs, international mobility, and remote assistance services.
Groupe VYV is now more than the sum of its parts: a powerful brand ecosystem, driven by a shared mission to be the entrepreneur of better living.
