Opening up access to the branding and design professions to all those who have little or no information about them, or who don’t have the means to train for them, is a subject to which we have paid the greatest attention since day 1.

This week, we welcomed pupils for a week’s work experience, enabling them to discover the diversity of our professions, thanks to the association Viens Voir Mon Taf.

Because it is by opening up and diversifying their recruitment that our businesses will be able to attract even more talent and be even more diverse.
