To assert its innovative position in a competitive market, Ixina partnered with Lonsdale to modernize its brand image and transform the in-store customer experience. The challenge: to highlight the brand’s accessible expertise while refreshing its visual identity. We redesigned the visual identity, notably reworking the logo around the “X,” which now symbolizes the connection between the brand and the customer, integrated into a vibrant and dynamic graphic universe.
Beyond this graphic overhaul, our work focused on a new store concept centered on emotion, proximity, and inspiration. A kitchen display at the entrance creates an element of surprise by showcasing various kitchen options in full scale, offering an immersive and tangible experience. This innovative feature embodies the promise of a tailored project, grounded in the real needs of each customer.
We also created a co-creation space, featuring a material library and a large architect’s table to foster tactile interaction and personalization. Additionally, a functional kitchen area supports friendly workshops, while welcome stations are designed to balance comfort, privacy, and interaction. This new customer journey fully reflects Ixina’s commitment to reinventing kitchen shopping through co-creation and a sense of community.
