Rethinking the excellence of the restaurant in a dream location full of culture significance.

Lonsdale designed Le Jardin du Petit Palais, a café and restaurant in the heart of the museum, with a contemporary and warm decor, open onto the interior garden as well as the extended terrace when weather permits.

The agency chose a concept with vegetation, a natural extension from the outside to the inside.

An interior garden with a high canopy makes the connection between the café on the ground floor and the mezzanine restaurant, and reveals a pattern of plants and gardens.

From the bottom up, the canopy frames the space with its verticality, a movement that is accentuated by an iconic floral suspension in the center, to add a poetic aspect and play with the shadows and light. The space is completed by finely chosen furniture in a balance of soft colors, service counters sublimate the products.

The Jardin du Petit Palais is an unexpected venue to enjoy an exceptional moment away from the Parisian tumult. A change of scenery that is accompanied by new culinary offerings with the arrival of chef Amandine Chaignot.
