THE BRIEF

Founded in 1988, Quadro has continued to develop and adapt to meet the changing needs of the home, lifestyles and trends in design and decoration. Quadro stands for “truly made-to-measure”, which means it can meet every demand and every desire. To accelerate its transformation, the brand chose Lonsdale to create its new identity and review its point-of-sale concepts.

OUR RECOMMENDATION

In addition to creating an atmosphere that enhances the brand’s fixtures and fittings, the agency devised a customer relationship enriched by 3 structuring universes that promote the designer-salespeople:
The “Imagination Gallery” with an educational mural and under-stair storage.
A “Trade Table” for inspiration and initial contact with customers.
The “Creative Offices” where the designer’s environment and materials are displayed.
