January 2024 – Cécile Ayed, previously Managing Director of Lonsdale in Singapore, joins Frédéric Messian in Paris as Managing Director in charge of Operations, while the French agency strengthens its management team.
Our aim is to provide our clients with integrated international solutions, through three hubs (Europe/Asia/United States) and to support the introduction of new offerings, built around new AI functionalities, following the successful launch of CTRL BRAND at the end of 2023.
Now based in Paris, alongside Frédéric Messian, Cécile Ayed has been replaced in Singapore as Managing Director by Nadia Romanis.
At the same time, three Deputy General Managers have been appointed in Paris: Julie Jolliot (Corporate Branding), Sandra Joly (Consumer Branding), and Nicolas Venturini (Architecture & Retail), while Senior Partner Jocelyne Henri continues to lead key international accounts.
Frédéric Messian, President of Lonsdale, comments: « Cécile’s successful experience over many years, having previously managed sales teams at major French and international agencies (Landor, Saguez & Partners, InProcess, Why Brand Design), gives her a global vision of our clients’ challenges. With these appointments, we are structuring our team to invest sustainably in the future. In so doing, we are reinforcing an already strong, sustainable corporate culture, and fostering an entrepreneurial mindset, with a view to international expansion. »
